I'm thinking of buying a cheap used IBM NetVista X40 PC. What I like about it is that it's small and comes with an LCD Anyhow, has anybody succeeded in installing Windows CE 5.0 to a regular PC and if so, how hard was it? Since the NetVista is quite poor in terms of raw power, I thought WinCE could be a better solution...
It would be nice...but someone would have to write CE drivers for the hardware to make it work. I'd love to have an instant on CE booting laptop...TRUE INSTANT ON and something that didn't erase everything when you powered down.
