There is no RAM with more than 64MB on one chip, maybe there is a way how to attach another 64MB on top of previous chip(max supported RAM is 128MB).

Digikey just called you a liar... they have parts up to 1Gbit (128MByte).

They are ~$70 (USD) per chip though.

The flash is one for WinCE/BIOS/boot. And there is a 32Kb ROM on CPU which holds the bootcore(no need to change it).

The boot process seems as follows:
1. Reset. The onchip ROM bootcore checks if to boot from USB or NAND flash.
2. If booting from NAND then the first block of NAND flash is read and copied to onchip RAM(12KB) and executed. On our netbooks this file is called nboot64_ddr_V5.0.bin (size 6KB) for 1.9 ROM.
3. NANDboot code initializes RAM, sets the registers and then copies eboot.nb0(BIOS) from flash to RAM and boots. The producer eboot seems not needed at all, guess it is used at factory.
4. Eboot (BIOS) allows to enter setup(F1) or boots the NK(Native Kernel) image - XIP.nbo from flash
5. Windows CE starts

Thanks for the details.

Specifications:http://tails92.sepwich.com/files/Anyka/

And the anyka CPU now is overclockable.

So I saw on the other forum in which you are a "knight". We grabbed those files last night... thanks to google.

Information belongs to the world otoluk... it's not nice to hide things where only an elite few can get to them (albeit... I'm glad you posted the link here).

Moogle (of wtfmoogle.com fame) has been hacking the Augen netbooks lately too... might be worthwhile to join our efforts.

Just a thought.

Hmmm... strange.

I will compress it and reupload it... hopefully that will help.

Yes but not from PSC(Powerchip). Is it compatible?

I'm not hiding anything the details are from 880xDownLoadTool in files you downloaded. I just found that clock registers are set in nboot and shared the ideas. Still there is a problem with audio which doesn't work after overclock that why I have not published working nboot as it won't be usable. Somehow need to dissasemble the nboot. I will gladly help only I don't have a Augen but a noname with Zenitnhink mainboard.

Pin for pin identical with 3 exceptions listed below:

Pin 17 is NC on the PSC chip, and A13 on the Micron chips.
Pin 19 is NC on the PSC chip, and DNU on the Micron chips.
Pin 50 is NC on the PSC chip, and DNU on the Micron chips.

Pins 19 and 50 shouldn't cause a problem... unless the board has those pins improperly connected.

Pin 17 will be an issue.

Regardless of working status... the details should be published (with a big, fat disclaimer)... so that others can help you resolve the issue.
