How do I change the ugly grey CE taskbar "picture"?
I want to make it seem more like windows 7 or vista. The skin pictures are avalible for download, but I don't know how to use them.

Can anyone please help me? Tks!

The only taskbar skinning utilities I know of are WisBar and GigaBar. GigaBar is available in the Download Centre.

Here's a download page for older WisBar Advance/WisBar Lite versions that may work:

I always used wisbar advance to do it, many used the original wisbar 1.4. Gigabar is a different animal from the PsPC days but uses different theme files.
