HELP: I just got a 7" chinese PC & am trying to load programs through the USB Port.It reconises it but when I try to load any program on it it say it is not a Win CE program.How do you get this thing to work?Any help would be appreciated.I wonder if they have a protected chip in this thing were you cant update the Win CE or load any programs on it.When I plug the USB in it shows the programs on it but when I go to open them through the USB it tells me it isnt Win CE program.Ive tryed several ZIP programs to unload them but it still says the same thing

Status:
Windows CE is different from regular Windows. Only the programs that are designed for Windows CE will work. Of course, you can open text file, view office file, play music and video, and so on.
