My First Windows CE 5 Device

Hello,
On july I travelled to Spain and stayed 2 weeks there visiting every interesting city on that wonderful country(27 cities on the total). But when I was at Barcelona(the second city that I've visited. After Madrid that was the first) I bought a GPS there and unloked it on the hotel. It's a Mio Moov 560, that I bought just to get in contact with a Windows CE 5 device. Since my Mitsubishi Pajero Full Model 2010/2011(that I just bought today!!! ) already have a built-in GPS. Then I want some comments, suggestions of reading and some recommendations(like applications or others) about Windows CE 5. Also, I want to know what program will be good to use to develop some applications for it.

When I got back to home(since I'm at my country house) I will upload some pictures of it. Also sorry for not posting this here when I got it. The problem was that I've got back to Brazil and with a lot of work to do at the university. But now it's all done and I can be back here on the forums.

For Apps:
There are tons of them, but not really sure what is good. Just google it
For development:
That really depends on what programming languages you know.

For C/C++ there are cross-compilers of gcc, something like mingw32-wince, here, as well as MS Embedded Visual C++(here)
For python, there is some python-wince
For pascal, there is Lazarus

Thanks. I was asking for some must-have applications suggestions for it. I'm already familiar to Windows CE, since I already have a HP Jornada 730 and a HP iPAQ Hx2000b before.

Really, any apps for WinCE 5.0 on x86??
