After MP900 reset programs don't work

After getting bacl from vacation, my MP900 was completely dead, so hard reset itself after charging. My problem now is the same programs that used to work before, no longer work. I am getting "Not a valid Windows CE application" on some such as PTV Browser that worked fine before. Any ideas??

You are either attempting to install the wrong version as before, or the version you had installed before also required certain DLLs to be installed to support it that you haven't yet installed.
