People keep emailing me to ask when I'm going to update the Windows 2000 patch guide, as it was nearly 4 years out of date.
Godo news for those who wanted to see it, as Windows 2000 has now gone through to end of life - hopefully Microsoft will stop issuing updates and my inbox can go quiet on the subject - I have updated the patch guide to reflect the situation as of 23rd October 2010.
I strongly urge anyone who is following it to ensure that they have all the prerequisites installed first, not only is the rest of the guide dependent on them, but having the prerequsites installed first reduces the total number of updates and reboots that are required.
