You Tube has just made their site unavailable to IE on my CE6 netbook. It does however still work in the ftx browser.

Weird. Wonder if ftxbrowser changes the browser ident string since ftx is not a seperate browser but rather a new front end for IE. It's still IE that renders the pages, ftx just gives it a new tabbed user interface. I've changed IE6's browser ident string in the registry to IE8 on winxp. Helps on sites that no longer support IE6 or CE. Example: i now get to see yahoo.com fully where before the page told me to upgrade browsers.

Cheers.

How were you able to change the indent string in registry to IE8? Any step by step procedure?
Thanks in advance

Why is utube so important to some of you? I cannot remember the last time I went there. Am I missing something?
