[REQ] Want to buy that hard to find 32MB module for the IBM Z50

Alas, but I have discovered the obnoxiously proprietary nature of the RAM expansion on the IBM WorkPad Z50. I am VERY keen to acquire said expansion, as NetBSD won't install on the stock 16MB. :-(

Alternatively, I wouldn't half mind picking up an entire Z50 w/48MB; then I could leave the one I have running WinCE. :-)

Verify the part number with the seller before you order. The KTM-Z50/32 is definitely compatible (thus the part number), but the KTM-760ELD/32 isn't, and the other two part numbers I've never seen before. I went looking for one of these myself a couple of years ago, and more than one part number, while claiming to be compatible, won't fit in the slot. I got the KTM-760ELD/32, and it wouldn't fit.
