If you have enough remote controls to choke a whale, or even more than a couple, you should consider a universal learning remote to take over all the functions. Did you know that you could also use your trusty Windows CE HPC or webpad?

Remote Control II from WinCESoft.de is now at version 1.18. Does it cut the mustard as a universal remote? Is it worth the time, effort and your hard earned money?
