A Web search of the keyword "MAMECE" will produce several links. MAMECE3 in particular has H/PC versions.

hey thanks for your mega pack
the snes emulator works
but the others freeze my laptop
do you know were i can find a mame for ce and computer emulators like dos, atari , commodore ?
