| So, I found a few places that cell MP900 parts, and I got to thinking. Is it possible to upgrade the flash ROMs and internal memories of the MP900 from 32Mb to maybe 64Mb? Has anyone tried that? Is the memory non-removable? | |

| The memory is hard soldered onto the motherboard...you know, surface mount technology stuff. You could desolder it and maybe substitute larger ram chips...but they are near impossible to find. And you had better be really good with micro-soldering.
I've been searching for over a year now and it would cost me several hundred bucks to buy what I need...simply not worth it. Those Samsung DRAMS are not easy to find... | |
