WinCE UI Overlay?

Just curious guys, is there any UI overlay for WinCE .net? I'm thinking about an unobtrusive (software wise) program launcher? I found one on Rich's MP site I believe, but I could never get it to work.

Anyone? Bueller?

It's cool you were still here to reply to my post all those years later. Anyway, the latest versions of the MioPocket GPS unlock use iPhoneToday now.
