Please specify which 'bluetooth pc card', the Hardware Compatibility List should assist for searching for one that works with the Jornada 720; as for your latter question, that is not really my forté, so I'll wait for someone else to help fill in with that..

edit: here's the link to the Hardware Compatibility List (HCL)

Have a look at this thread. It may help you in finding a card that works: Thread

It appears that the 3Com 3CRWB6096 SL-1022 Bluetooth card can be made to work: HCL Entry

Check this list as well: HCL Bluetooth

There's one of the 3Com cards on Ebay right now, but they want way too much money to send it to your part of the world.

I have recently bought an Anycom PCMCIA sized bluetooth card from ebay for £3.99 Sterling, which works with my handheld, a Casio BE-300 Pocket Manager (with CF - PCMCIA Adapter jacket) and MIPS processor Windows CE 3.0.

http://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/e11401.m516.l1123/7?euid=a7fd06163065...

Scroll down the page to see more units that are available. I needed to download the drivers from the Anycom website but installing was no problem. Just thought this might help.
