Jornada 720 Orinoco Gold WiFi

I have finally done it!!! I had completely forgotten that my wifi password was set to wap and not wep. Thank you guys for all of your help. Now, can anyone recommend a better browser?

I've bought an Orinoco but i've had problems with aegere drivers ( i've used this, the version suggested by Ce Geek is different, seems to be for proxim ? )
After installation and soft reset i've tried to plug the cf card... the driver seems to recognize the card, but no light blikns on it... in addition if i open agere client this works for about 20 sec (dont's seems to sinc with the card anyway) and then desappears!! (ive installed CE3_v7.82.881.zip)
Any ideas ? This is the fourth card i've bought

In addiction, if i try to install inflated agere driver for orinoco gold( .....ARM720.CAB), when installing the cab it says "the application cannot run onthis device tipe"

Well, that explains a lot right there. ARM720 is a processor type - it has nothing to do with the Jornada 720. The J720 uses a StrongARM SA1110 processor. The correct CAB to use is the one named wireless.SA1100.CAB.

Anyway, i've installed by exe, and has some problem.... I've also seen that there's two driver for Orinoco Gold: the first seems to be by proxim vendor, the other from Lucent ... what's the right one?
updating: installed... but it shows the same message: driver not installed

The Lucent one is more likely to work correctly.

It says "Driver Not Loaded" until it detects the card. You may have to wait a minute or so before opening the Agere Client. If it still says that, try removing the card, soft resetting the 720, and re-inserting the card. Watch for the green bars to show in the system tray next to the time.

Nothing to do... no green bar, no blinks on the card, driver disappears in 20 sec
