| I would like to use a portable computer to save an display speed data from my ebike, show time, timer, play music, be a gps, show and save battery status info as well as coordinate the use of two motors on the bike. What I am asking for is to be able to use a J720 in a robotic type system. I have googled a bit and found a variety of sensors that can do these functions that work with proprietary type electronic "brains". I would like to be able to plug them into my j720. I thought I had posted a question on this but did not find it when I looked at my posts. Can someone offer any suggestions or insight on this? One of the reasons why I want to use my j720 is because it is portable - can be disconnected from the bike and taken with me...also, it is very cool looking, and is hecka durable. | |

| I don't believe there was any application for that, it's a very weird use for the Jornada. Unless you are willing to develop your own program for it I suggest you just don't try it. | |

| An ebike is an electric bicycle, a bicycle with a motor, controller and battery. | |

| Ahhh, well I doubt you could see the Jornada outside anyways....daylight renders the screen pretty useless... | |

| Just an idea, but you should use arduino and Mono-LCD. Or make a serial cable connection with j720 and write a program that reads serial data input. | |
