Is there any hope for linux on either my casio PA 2400U or A-11? Wireless, of course, would be really wonderful, especially for the a-11 with the keyboard.

Linux can run on many processors, they do not even necessarily have to be 32-bit, like all (as far as I know) H/PC processors. (Though it would not be that great of an experience running it on anything less).

The problem lies in the bootloader. It is yet to support CE 2, and CE 1...is it really worth it?

I tried a NetBsd bootloader for my Compaq 2010c which has ce 2, although installation did not work, the bootloader ran in a CE 2 environment.

Are you sure that it runs flawlessly on CE 2? If so, then check into your installation.

Of course *bsd or linux are not compatible with CE 2, that is why it wipes the system out of the ram.

-It all depends on the bootloader.

Program Synthesiser,
You do not need to say sorry at all, I just know you know more about Linux than I do.
