You'll have to reflash the ROM onto it so that it will boot properly. There are several ROM images available for the WM8505
(which I'm assuming is the processor inside this netbook
), most of which can be found here:

The other option is the Sylvania version, which can be found here:

You just copy the \script folder onto an SD card, insert it in the SD slot of the netbook, and then power on the netbook. The reflash process happens automatically. Some of these versions may not be fully compatible with your netbook, in which case an error message may appear part way through the process
(the message is usually "System Disk no existed"
). If you get that error message, power off the netbook, take out the SD card, and try another version.
(The Sylvania version is pretty reliable; I doubt you'll get the error message with that version.
