I have been given a Packard easy mate 750CE. Not being a computer buff, i have no idea how it works. There were no cables with it to charge battery or connect to anything. There is no user guide either and i cant seem to find one on the net. Can anyone help me to get it working as i would find it really useful even though it is outdated now.

Bonjour,

I must confess that I am not familiar with that one, I know that PB released the NEC MobilePro 770 under their own branding, but didn't know there was anything earlier.

Does the device look like this:
http://www.hpcfactor.com/hardware/devices/specification.asp?d=127 ?

p.s. If you were not aware, Packard Bell and NEC were the same company when these were released. It just depended on what market you were in as to the release brand name.

I don't think they did...the 770 and 800 were the only two Easy Mate models...there was an IBM Thinkpad 750CE however...
