I was just reading the RedGear description, and I see some html codes like
RedGear & # 8 4 8 2 ;
or
& q u o t ;

(dang it was hard to post this without the posting software changing the codes to the symbols).

Nope, MIT license:
http://www.opensource.org/licenses/mit-license.php

Thanks.
Thanks, I've added MIT to the enumerable licenses list and changed nPOPuk's records accordingly.

The quick nature of the development (16 days) ment that I cut some functionality corners, save HTML parsing was one of them. I've gone for XSS protection for the time being; you are right though, HTML escaping is an issue at the moment and will be looked at as will the interface for Star Ratings.

Keep the feedback coming everyone, it's useful to hear what people think!

I've put some stub file records up today, I am hoping that with these and references to the MD5 hashes we can get a good set of documents against stub hacks of exactly which stub dll is needed for any given program.

We have made a few changes to the SCL in the last week, added new features and done some tidying up. We are also very nearly at 200 programs!

I am very keen to hear from anyone who would be willing to spend some time adding a few programs though; many hands make light work!

One of the changes in the last few days is the introduction of proper rating voting, so you can feedback through star ratings (out of 5) as well as provide compatiblity info and comments!

Looks great so far. Sadly all my old CE packages have faded away as I started using my storage devices for other purposes, I hope there is nothing that would be missed out from the SCL from what I used to have.
