ISA bus adapters do not exist. The LX's have their own internal serial interface, cables are still available.
For PCMCIA cards you can use PCMCIA adapters and up to 256MB Compact flash cards for the 200LX.
95LX's need special drivers for flash cards,
But documentation on what works is at

200LX.NET available: Serial cables, Carrying cases, The above mentioned adapters+CF cards new in box, lots of 200LX's, etc.
