| I recently received an Intermec 6651. When it is attached to the ac no charging light comes on. Would a dead battery cause this or is it more likely to an internal issue? I have tried alternative chargers to no avail.
Thanks,

| Light should come on as soon as it is plugged in, whether there is a battery in the unit or not...no light at all...doesn't sound good. Doe it run from the a/c current without a battery in place? If not...then it is a bad unit. | |

| Nope, the unit is totally unresponsive. Pity, it is a nice looking hpc I was really looking forward to it. | |
