Thank you for all the information. It is very helpful. I am glad that there is still a way to surf the internet. I will find the program and I suppose that the standard way to install program in windows is to be followed.

One last question I know that you use a CFC (1 Gig) can this unit take a 8Gig?

with all the information from you all guys:

Chuck E I think I am going to use my new toy.

Worldtalk Browser and UltraG image viewer can both be run right from your CF card, which is a bonus as you don't have to worry about the inevitable reboot of the Clio 1050C when the battery loses charge. I think both programs are available on this site(?) I notice though that UltraG's EZ Viewer is overwhelmed by too-large PNG image sizes, this will crash the program. Otherwise it's a great application

I hate that Windows CE reboots fresh when the batteries go flat. This wipes out programs installed on the machines, including MS's own Plus! Pack for CE. This is my main complaint with Windows CE.

I don't think so; I don't recall ever putting a cell in my 1050C. Even if it did, I neglect to change backup batteries when I should.
