Thanks for the reply. I tried leos void. It seems to install properly via activesync and then when I attempt to launch it, it does not work.

Try the one here...it is a CAB file, just copy the ARM cab to your device and tap on it to install. You may need to also instal the mfcce211.dll and the olece211.dll drivers...I don't remember whether it uses the mfcce300.dll or the mfcce211.dll set. You may have installed the pocketpc version...

Where do I find the drivers you mentioned?

Moved to Handheld PC 2000 and title edited

Leo's Void doesn't want to open on a lot of devices. I have no idea why. (It starts to open, but then shows an "illegal operation" message.) Try Orionic by Kamzi:

It doesn't need GX/GAPI does it? The computational load must be quite high for it to process off of the frame buffer?

No, it doesn't use GAPI.

Hmmm, I just looked at the CAB file for Leo's Void for HPC Arm, and the mfcce211.dll is part of the cab file and should have copied automatically.

You should have 3 files in the Leo's Void folder...VOIDCE.EXE, PLANETS.STO, and STARS.DB.

It should have copied into the Windows folder the MFCCE211.DLL and VOID.HTM

If it didn't...then something went wrong during installation. Download the ARM cab file and try again. Also it is possible that some other application you have installed might be interferring with it.

P.S. I just downloaded the ARM cab file from HPCFactor for Leo's Void and installed it on my Mobilepro 900 running HPC2000, same as the J720.

Try copying the attached Aygshell.dll and the Olece211.dll to the Leo's Void folder and see what happens...it is slightly different and may fix your problem..

Attachments
----------------
Attachments aygshell.dll (16KB - 4 downloads)
Attachments olece211.dll (248KB - 5 downloads)

Blam! That worked! Thanks.
It was missing the MFCCE211.DLL file from the Windows folder. But adding your attachements worked great.

Thanks everyone!

Rich, why would it need aygshell.dll when the only CE 2.11 ARM device was an H/PC?

Does this suggest that the CAB file copy options for the .dll are wrong? Force instead of update only say?
