I do highly recommend subscribing as the content of the SCL here is completely worth it, but until then here's some more options for you. Make sure to weed out the ones that don't say CE 1.0

@Karpour CE 1 doesn't have device CAB's


A lot of the software in there isn't for CE 1 anyway.

Also there’s a lot of Japanese software for CE1.0 that is just the on device .exe and not a “host installer”
If you’re out of luck trying to find CE1.0 programs, start there first.
