new wince computer

Hi!
Currently have I anyka netbook 7" 128MB FakeRAM (=64) and philips velo 1 as wince devices
velo is a historical piece, isnt for everyday use
anyka is good (usb port, ethernet,sdcard ) but too slow


My question is
what is today good and reliable WINCE machine

my requirements
good RAM size (real 256 or higher )
min 2GB nand drive
sdcard, ethernet,wifi
better battery than anyka nb

hw keyboard , notebook style pc

I did a quick search, and there's one on Aliexpress.com with similar specs to one you're looking for.

It's WM8650 with Windows CE 7.0 (I think it's Windows Embedded Compact 7?)

I believe some of the members here have purchased it.
The price is $74.08 I never purchased or touched the device so can't comment on how the build is.
