| Answer:
I concur it's 3.
4, 5 and 6 will not fill at all as the inlet pipes are closed. 7 cannot fill as it has a hole in the bottom. 2 cannot start filling until 3 is full but like 1 will not ever be able to fill due to the hole in the bottom of 7. |
