Rom chip upgrade for hp 320 lx

Hello, this is my first post.

Im from Portugal.
After i read and search for the upgrade rom chip, i can t find nothing like that in any shop dedicated, to this type of devices, or in HP site.

What im asking is if someone in HPC Factor, have the chip for sale, or where can i find that item?!!

My history, with this machines started in 2013, i like to write, and i do it in my smartphone.
I don t like to touch screens, and im always searching for alternatives.
The first machine was a Psion Revo plus, after a month i tracked another PR plus.
This litle computer is a revolution in design and funcionality, even after so much time, a little wonderfull machine.
I usit for just write.

In 2014 i buy two Hp jornada 720, both in mint state.
The use i give to one of them is the same as the Revo, the other one i recharged the battery an is docked in the cradle with the battery off.
I just using one of them.
Just about a month after the purchase of the two Hp jornada 720, i find a Hp 320 lx in a box on the attic.
And the problem is, this machine, is in good shape, almost new, have the craddle, and sync. cable, i like to type in this machine, is moore spartan then the jornadas.
I like to install some programs just availlable for wince 2.0.
And for that i need to upgrade the machine.
So what im asking is who can help me?

Impossible to find. Cheaper and easier to just buy a used HP 360LX, same thing on the outside, but with double RAM, CE2, faster at 60mHz instead of 44mHz, CE2 instead of CE1, and 16 greys instead of 4.

It is an option.
If I buy another hpc, I'd rather invest in a hp 200 lx, these DOS devices have tons of software.
I will try to buy a 320 hp or broken parts, maybe I'll get lucky and come up with the chip rom WinCE 2.0.

If this hp 320 had more software in the wince 1.0 version...
I would be happy with the standard wince.
