Adding a context menu entry

I'd like to add a context menu entry for any file type, so when I right click it it gives me the option to start it in pword for instance.
Any ideas on how to do that?

There's a Pocket PC applet called OpenWith that does this, but it's written to work with the Pocket PC File Explorer app (fexplore.exe). I've tried it on core CE devices, but it won't work.
