I am selling NTT Docomo LYNX SH-10B Red (NEW Condition!) on eBay.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/162958479024

This is a rare (and brand new) NTT Docomo LYNX SH-10B Red.
This is a great device for those who like Handheld PC like devices. It is also great for those who want to upgrade from Sharp Zaurus series.
LYNX SH-10B has one microSDHC slot, and nice keyboard.

By using Mr. SIM, there is information on XDA-Developers that you can unlock the LYNX SH-10B.

OS: Android 1.6
CPU: QUA LCOMM SnapdragonQSD8250 1GHz
Voice Network Type: 3G:FOMA(W-CDMA)
(3G:800MHz?2.1GHz))
Data Network Type 3.5G:FOMA(HSDPA/HSUPA)

I can open the device and make the UI English if you'd like, please mention it in the note.

We will ship by EMS with tracking and insurance.

For those who are in countries other than USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Russia, Ukraine, Estonia, Sweden, Switzerland, France, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Hungary, Poland, India, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Thailand, please contact me if I can ship to your country, since there is restriction on shipping lithium-ion batteries overseas.

Happy Bidding!

Yes, there is a way to upgrade the IS01. I don't know about unlocking the bootloader. In fact I have an IS01 myself that I use time to time.

Japanese post here: http://lfg-net.com/android/is01/jb-on-is01/
for making IS01 Android 4.1.1.

Another link here:
http://transitive.info/2012/11/02/android41-jcrom-on-is01/

I can translate the articles to English if you'd like, just tell me if you need an English translation.

Hi I was searching online and found that the IS01 links were dead, so I translated a short web blog that had the links that are living.

Original Post:
http://www.suke-blog.com/android-4-1-for-is01/

Translated PDF file:
http://www.superai.online/files/hpcfactor-translation/IS01-Android-...

I will be translating more files soon, but I am getting busy these days so it might take a while.

Update:

I've been busy going to job interview in Taiwan and stuff.
But all that is done now.

So, I think I will have time to translate the documents as promised.

Hi.

So I translated the blog post on URL: http://lfg-net.com/android/is01/jb-on-is01/
The original document may be a bit outdated, but oh well.

It is now at:
http://www.superai.online/is01/is01-android-4.1.1.rtf

Please use it at your own responsibility. It is recommended for advanced users.

I will upload a PDF version later. I don't have a machine with PDF output capability installed at the moment.

Happy modding! :-)

I got the job, but decided not to join the company since the pay was a little lower than expected. Very good in Taiwanese standards though.

Thanks again, Stingraze. You have some me a tremendous favour already. For your info, I have a lot of interest in the Japanese language. Am using the built-in Japanese dictionaries on the IS01, as well as a Sharp Brain dictionary to do some self study. Your translation PDF for this matter also helped a lot, because you included the Original Japanese text as well.

Anyway, I want to say
Arigato Gozaimas!
