If it's Friday, it must be Steely Dan. (I'm part of the older generation. )

I usually use Apple Music (paid user) or Spotify (not paid user).

1. Paris by The Chainsmokers
2. A song I ripped from a CD I got from folks at WMBR (MIT Radio). - (I need to dig around for the track info it's an indy band).
3. Havana by Camila Cabello (I like the cover by JFlaMusic)
4. Wolves by Selena Gomez

I read that as Steeleeye Span at first. I thought that sounded a bit ecclectic (for the older generation)

Aisha Burns, for mellow background. Heard her interviewed on NPR and find her music very poignant.

Yes, they're very nice to listen to.

"Eins, hier kommt die Sonne
Zwei, hier kommt die Sonne
Drei, Sie ist der hellste Stern von allen
Vier, Und wird nie vom Himmel fallen

Fünf, hier kommt die Sonne
Sechs, hier kommt die Sonne
Sieben, Sie ist der hellste Stern von allen
Acht, neun, hier kommt die Sonne"

My German friends think I'm weird for even knowing who Rammstein are. I dumbfounded one once by walking past a conversation where she was trying to translate a case document and didn't know what the German word was. So I said "it's 'zwitter'" and cooly continued walking. She didn't speak to me for 2 weeks out of embarassement because she thought I was secretly German fluent and had been listening to her conversations for months... oh yes . Sadly I'm not... so my ears remain burning to this day

Thanks Rammstein

I was driving today and Carry On My Wayward Son by Kansas came on. I had not heard it for a long time and I was struck by the actual music and the talent of the musicians!!! You do not hear this talent with much of the current mainstream music out there. Wayword Son
