It seems that FireFox on my system isn't running spellcheck on textareas on this site. It is behaving elsewhere for me though.

Is anyone else seeing this in FireFox or any other browser for that matter, or is it localised to me?

OK so apparently installing the en-gb version of firefox doesn't come with the uh, en-gb dictionary and apparently you needed to know that you needed to manually go to a website ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/language-tools/ ) and get it yourself

I did not know that. Moot point for me, after using Firefox since 2004 I switched to Opera last year and haven't looked back.

I find firefox extremely buggy. The Windows 7 version is worse than the Windows 10 one. I leave browsers open for weeks at a time and FF has issues releasing RAM and with deadlocks occurring in its UI engine. Screen resize in a remote desktop session is a killer for FF under Windows 7. Extended downloads are a general problem as is the frozen toolbar and upper inch of the browser window (the active web pages will still work fine however).

I have to assume that FF dev's are like MSIE ones. They never actually use the product they dev, they go home and use Chrome

Just like Edge dev's Oh wait... *burn*
