Thanks for sharing the gopher client.

I tried it on my Windows machine, feels really cool.

Any hints, ideas for interesting gophersites? I just tried the googlenews-converter - really nice

The entry point for all gopher-stuff is (like since 20 years or more): gopher.floodgap.com

In the moment I use Lynx on my notebook as a browser but that would be a really cool extension for the Jornadas, too.

add: some resources

http://andr01d.zapto.org:8080/ (ASCII/Telnet-mailbox)

https://gopher.floodgap.com/overbite/ (Clients, also for Android)

Diggiedog (relatively new Gopher-client for Android in the google-appstore. Modern rendering, not the classic "green-monitor-view"

I found a J2ME based “Pocket Gopher” online. I wonder if it would work on H/PCs with the appropriate framework installed

I will try the Android apk later.

These J2ME were kind of crappy back in the days. I used some for my Nokia7650 because there was no genuine Symbian-Software for that version besides a few examples.

Later every Nokia-phone came with a J2ME interpreter but not every app worked on every phone (or only in parts, or only in b/w or were spyware or just advertisement).
