Wish I had the serial cable for it, so I could use non-IR ActiveSync/use it as a serial terminal.
I had a small stash of stuff that worked on HPC from having PPCs - neat to see stuff ranging from the Terminal Server client to Pocket Scheme all running fine!
I grabbed the embedded C++/VB 3.0 from elsewhere
(downloads didn't seem to work, is that known?
) - VB works, but it's super crumbly because it's actually VBScript; didn't expect that! C++ works like I expected it; I tried porting a small Win16 demo program and it actually runs
(in the "emulator" at least - that's an uh, weird simulator
) but I couldn't get CommandBar menus working. I'll have to poke it later and see why. Will have to try .NET out.
