I have observed that Microsoft have finally pulled the eVC++ 4 downloads and the respective Service Pack and updates. Additionally, the same is true of SQL Server CE 1.1, 2.0 and 2005 - plus their updates.
I have uploaded those to the Download Centre's now should anyone require them. This also includes WTL 7.5.
