Cmonex made a tool for creating roms for the Mobile Pro 900c

(make a clean rom without office etc.
) and I was wondering if all the tools necessary are still available? Like romtoolpack.zip?
Also I the Simple Rom Tool also available? @Rich Hawley?
Anyone ever created a custom rom?
