While digging around a bit I stumbled upon this site describing how to run the MindTerm SSH client on Windows CE using PersonalJava
The steps are here, but the files are missing:

Thanks to some Google-Fu, I did find the files. The program is freeware, so I would assume it's fine to add it to the SCL?
The files are here:
https://www.acc.umu.se/~vatten/mindterm_2.4.2-src.zip
https://www.acc.umu.se/~vatten/mindterm_2.4.2-doc.zip
https://www.acc.umu.se/~vatten/mindterm_2.4.2-bin.zip
When I have time, I'd change the source to make it run in full-screen on Windows CE. Of course it's an old SSH standard, but you could still SSH into a local box and use that to securely SSH into another system
