I have been wanting to try Windows CE but I don't have the cash to buy an old pocket pc. Any good virtualizers for it?

If you mean by emulator, eMbedded Visual Tools has an emulator so you can try on your PC. Search also for "CEPC Windows" to use a "Windows CE PC" with Virtual PC.

These may also help you.

Is there a problem to buy an old pocket PC, especially in the USA? Interesting reason to be interested in virtualization.

On the other side, I think that 80% of Win CE charm are in the hardware - form factors, materials, buttons, surface...

It also depends on what CE/HPC/PPC versions you want to emulate?
