We're going back to thousand-dollar devices in this form factor.

| But the first Motorola phone, I can't recall the name, that had the slideout keyboard and I think an early version of Android never caught on and it was much cheaper, and IMO, at the time, far more advanced in comparison, than this new gadget.
I predict a mighty flop within a year

| Agreed, I can't see it catching on myself, it hardly looks 2020 | |

| Was an early backer of the predecessor called the Gemini PDA. Lovely device at $399 for 4G + WiFi. Wouldn't have gotten it at prices ranging near where Cosmo has landed. | |

| Looks cute, but definitely too rich for me!
Unfortunate, I'd love something like this. Maybe a GPD device is in my future.

| FWIW, I backed the Cosmo early....so, got it for about $599 USD....
Already have the Gemini from Planet Computer and pleased with it.
Cosmo works great. Nice having a phone/mini laptop that fits in my pocket. Keyboard is similar to Psion, but not exactly the same.
Dual booting Android and Debian.
In addition, running Manjaro Linux in vnc server and Termux in Android. So, don't need to reboot to use linux if I choose this option.
