I've been tinkering with JLime as an SSH client to some of my Ubuntu 16.04 and 18.04 hosts. It kicks back the error "no matching algo kex". I figure that the Ubuntu SSH daemons have disabled the older key exchange algorithms and ciphers.

Any idea which JLime's SSH client supports, or how to find it? The "ssh -Q cipher" and "ssh -Q kex" commands aren't implemented. What workarounds have you guys found?

You’ll definitely have better luck trying Stefan’s Debian build from here: https://www.hpcfactor.com/forums/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=18740&po...

This build is based on a much newer kernel and base system
