I haven't had Psions for too long, and the main reason I finally got a Psion 5MX was to actually play Sim City on it!
I remember being super amazed that you could play Sim City on a portable back in the days, and it's a pretty nice port indeed!

So, I was wondering if there are any other Psion Games that are really great and not just the standard puzzle/card games

Nice, Karpour!

Didn't realize Sim City was available for 5MX.

Looks like fun!

The screen backlight is amazing! The screen looks very crisp too.

I used to play Sim City 3000 long time ago with my friend on a desktop machine.

SimCity is awesome on a psion! BTW you can download it as abandonware here. This link also includes the updates (some fixes and adds support for revo/osaris) and the colour patches, and a colour icon for the 7/netpad/netbook. (Rename the download to simcity.zip).

Jumpy! is another favourite. (Screenshot is series 3 version, but download is the EPOC one)

And imperium, an RTS!

But mostly I liked playing spectrum games (Head Over Heels on the go!). There is a spectrum emulator for series 5 and also for series 3a/c/mx.

There is also a really good original GameBoy emulator here.

Of course it runs doom!

It's a recent development though and not sure I would call the 16 greys the best doom experience ever

The netbook/series 7 have a better time http://www.yipton.net/content/edoom/

Why this disrespect for Cascade?

Rooting in my files, I found Space Invaders for Series 5/5mx. Don't have it running on my Mako these days, but I remember it working. Developed by the great Martin Guthrie.
