Hi guys.
I found a website called FrogFind that lets you view modern sites in old browser compatible mode.
I haven’t tested yet on my Sigmarion 3 or other devices, but by the looks of it, the search results become basic HTML easily rendered by old browsers.

The linked sites from the search results become easily renderable as well. It’s working on all sorts of vintage hardware, including old Macs and Windows Mobile devices. The Twitter hashtag is #FrogFind where there will be lots of pictures of it running.

It's great, and I love that it's open source too!

Reminds me of a thing I did a while ago, using the same php port of Mozilla Readability! It's Hacker News for old computers, specifically I made this for browsing it on Windows CE

Oh, this is cooool. I just got my LG Phenom online (the very slow way, using the serial port and MochaSoft PPP), and trying to browse normal web pages is aggressively slow.
This is a joy to use.

I forked this a week or two ago to replicate the old Google mobilizer. If you add the following prefix before any site, it might mobilize it for you, though it fails a lot: http://darkstar.x10host.com/mobilizer/read.php?a=

For example: http://darkstar.x10host.com/mobilizer/read.php?a=https://espn.com
