I just want to know this, as it would be nice to know. I know symbian viruses exist, but I would also like to know if there are any CE viruses.

There was never a documented virus infiltration into any version of Windows CE, including in Pocket PC devices. Maybe this was a consequence of CE's (undeserved, IMO) lack of popularity.

Actually that isn't true, there were a few e.g.

I wrote an editorial on it many years back
https://www.hpcfactor.com/reviews/editorial/is-the-hpc-really-anti-virus/

There were no mass exploit infections for Windows CE, due to the market share. This doesn't mean that there aren't actively exploited zero-day vulnerabilities in CE that hackers are unable to compromise. The chances of them coming across a CE device are fairly small however, as most of the rapidly declining number of lingering device swill be on private networks (petrol pumps, shop tills, ATMs) and so not represent a high return opportunity.

Yeah, these CVEs list the vulnerabilities of Windows CE.
https://www.cvedetails.com/vulnerability-list/vendor_id-26/product_id-1079/Microsoft-Windows-Ce.html

Who exploits them?
Maybe people who hacks old stuff used in modern environment.

I've seen cases of this many times in various countries (old stuff used in modern environment)...

That is an interesting article C:Amie I had never really thought about malicious software on WinCE, while it is of course possible the combination of low circulation, low connectivity and simplicity just make it an undesirable target

Hmm, so if there are Windows CE viruses, does that mean there are viruses for other kinds of Handheld devices?

Yes
There is Phage for Palm OS, which would overwrite other apps with itself.
