Only a few oscilliscopes have an underlying CE operating system I'd wager. I know none of mine ever did.

I've owned a lot of CE based GPS units…and a few with built in wifi too.

Nice. I only had Eken M001 tablet which had both Windows CE or Android 1.6. (by flashing) I bought it back in 2010.
