PCMCIA memory

^ these are the 2 cards I have and im not sure why they wont work in any of my Windows CE machines.
I didnt know if anyone could fill me in on why these do not work. I had these from the 90s and have not messed with them since. But I tried to put these into my 360LX and they are recognized but thats about it.

Also I have a USB PCMCIA card reader and I can not get it to work with Mac OS High Sierra or on my Windows 7 machine. Is their a driver I have to get for this reader ?

Those are linear flash cards - they'll work in Newtons, eMate 300s (depending on voltatage it can be either read only or read/write) and some Cisco routers. They don't work with Windows CE.
