So, I used this software called Mimidi to playback a MIDI on my Sigmarion 3.
Pretty cool, although this is a software synthesizer.

The software needed to be hexedited.

Song: Toto - Rosanna

Software (Mimidi):

Not to hijack an old thread. But I found a MIDI program I just added to the SCL. I haven’t been able to test it yet though.

There is also a CE 2.00 hardware MIDI device https://www.hpcfactor.com/hcl/detail.asp?hcdid=251

Thanks for adding.
Maybe I can test it out soon.

The URL on the SCL seems to be wrong though.

http://www5d.biglobe.ne.jp/~hra/software/midplay/index.htm should be the correct one. You put in an alarm clock URL.

Thank you! I need to have C:Amie fix that since I don't know how to edit developers if they've already been added. Thanks for letting me know!

Mimidi is a pretty cool program - and the fact that it's always been free and compatible with CE 2.0 makes it even cooler.

The link was pointing to an app page instead of the root page. I've set it to the root page.

I found another MIDI program during my SCL scavenger hunt

https://www.hpcfactor.com/scl/1478/k-akixx/Mimidi/version_0.93_Beta

Anyway, the website on Archive.org had a WAV PSG Driver for Windows CE 2.0, but I was unable to figure out what hardware device it's for (I archived the driver) so maybe we could add it to the HCL

Hmm..I figured out Word is better than Notepad because you can select Language Encoding. Anyway, I figured out how to translate the readme of the driver, but it simply says "External PCMCIA MIDI" as opposed to having a model number.

PSG seems to mean Programmable Sound Generator.
Maybe I can dig some more info.

It looks like it's a program called WavePSGDriver as opposed to being an actual hardware driver a la HCL.
I have screenshots and I'll put that one in the SCL today

Thanks to torch for finding the WavePSGDriver, I ran it on my Sigmarion 1 (since the application supports only MIPS and SH3).

Here's the video of it playing a MIDI by The Chainsmokers.
