| Is this the right thread for me to submit software?
I'd found a release of Python for CE2 (and maybe CE1 according to the docs but I can't test ) devices that isn't on the site.
The SH3 release works well enough on my Jornada 680 and my LG Phenom H-120F, I can't test the MIPS one.

| Added, thank-you. You'll get the profile badge the next time the script runs.

I haven't added compatibility yet. Can people test and vote for compatibility at the link above (as with all SCL and HCL entries ). |

| MIPS version works fine on my z50 and I've added this to the compatibility. |

| I've found a more recent version of PalmGB than is in the SCL. It's a LOT faster than the freeware release we already have. Super Mario Land runs dramatically faster on my Phenom -- with PalmGB 1, it's a vaguely playable slideshow, with PalmGB 2 here, it is lightning quick (and is very, very blurry in motion since the screen updates are WAY faster than anything else I've used on the machine )

actually, wrong link, I think that above one is for a beta release?

This URL has a file with the same md5sum as the one I installed on my device.
It is pretty heavily crippled without a key though -- two minutes of playtime, no savestates.
Still, it boots Pokemon Red, which is something that the other release of PalmGB dies horribly on. Edited by null1024 2022-03-09 6:19 AM

| There is a newer version of Tombo Notes than 1.13 which is on the SCL. It's available from the developers OSDN here:
https://osdn.net/projects/tombo/releases/18958
It's the file Tombo_1_17_ce_all_en.zip, and there's a sigmarion 3 release too called Tombo_1_17_sig3.zip
I've tested it on my Jornada 728.
Tombo is open source so it can be redistributed.
I also found an archive of tillanosoft's site with working downloadable links, at least Pocket Notepad is a newer version than the SCL:
https://web.archive.org/web/20070817220939/http://www.tillanosoft.co...
I've tested PocketNotepad 4.0.10 on the same device, haven't gone through anything else on the archive yet.
pnotepad doesn't appear to be open source but the copyright notice allows distribution.
Also on the page:
https://www.hpcfactor.com/scl/contribute.asp
in the first section "If they don't already exist and are acceptable under the rules, please let us know through this thread", not sure if 'this thread' is supposed to be hyperlinked to this thread but it doesn't appear for me. Edited by dionysius 2022-06-21 11:49 PM

| I didn’t want to create a new thread so I wanted to ask my question here that’s slightly related. I’ve been working on getting my software back installed on my MobilePro 790. Anyway some of the software had the old ActiveSync for pc host installers. Is it helpful if I submit the “deconstructed” direct .cabs for some of the software that’s already in the SCL and doesn’t have the cabs available? I didn’t want to add more storage if it isn’t necessary. Otherwise I’ll be happy to submit the work I already did. |

| @torch, yes, absolutely. If we don't have them that would be great.
It would be helpful if you could zip them up into a file and set the file name to the numeric SCL ID that they are associated with (from the URL). That would help along with any info on what version of CE the CAB is for it it isn't obvious.
PM me if and when you need some upload codes. Thanks! |

| I've found a Version 1.0 of Robot for CE. This is a game.
It includes all version including ones for PsPC, BE-500 and Pocket PC, but I attached a zip file for HPC Pro: ARM, MIPS, SH3 and SH4.

| Here are two screenshots from Robot for CE on my Sigmarion 1.
Author is Tomohisa Hirami, who should be a Japanese person.
He seems to have made the app, TOMBO.
