| Hello. I'm wondering if anyone here has recent experience installing and configuring CEHTTP and it's add-ons such as BBS. I have a Jor. 720. DL'd and installed the relevant cab files. Every time I fire it up I get a status of "Load log dll." And the IP Addr is 127.0.1, but if I'm reading the online manual correctly it should be, 192.168.2.31. Am I missing something obvious?

| What network card are you using and can you browse the internet? | |

| I read the English manual, and the IP address is probably not 192.168.2.31 in your case. That's just a sample.
If you're using DHCP, it should display a different IP address.
When you tap on the CEHTTP tiny icon below, it should present a window with IP Address: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Status should be "Listen".
Try accessing the IP address displayed via a machine in the same network, or try typing it on your Pocket Internet Explorer.
Check 127.0.0.1 to see if you can see the html in your localhost.
Good Luck.

| That is where I am going with my question. You have to have it addressed in order to bind the service. If it's only bound to 127.x then there is no active NIC present to register the socket listener to. | |

| Ok. This set up may seem a little strange but it should be working none the less. I'm connected to my laptop through a Bluetooth cf card & activsync. When I'm connected through active sync I do indeed have an IP other than 127. ...but when I try it in my browser localhost it won't display. And I keep getting a Load log DLL status. | |

| I suggest you try a proper connection instead of PPP | |

| Many thanks. That seems to have resolved it. Used a Spectrum24 LA-4137 CF WiFi card and now I can access the website from my laptop. I'm only interested in a LAN side connection so I think I'm good. | |
