Was looking for a fast way to move data between my pc and the Jornada running pocketdos.

Can I copy the drive file from the Jornada to the Pc and create a VM on my pc, running that drive?

You can always copy stuff to your compact flash card and then just mount a folder on PocketDOS. That’s what I do and it works very well

How do you mount a folder? The app is able to mount only one drive at time (C), so unless you make a DSK image, I was not able to bring in anything that was not in that format.

Since I have a dos VM, I thought I could move the drive image back and forth; but it seems that the pocketdos drive file is not readable by Virtualbox (which can mount multiple drive images)

You need to have their setdrive app running on the background to be able to mount additional drives and folders. It seems that you're running your a vanilla OS (plain MS-DOS or something else) instead of one of the built in OSes that has support for setdrive. This tutorial will explain how to create a bootable image with all the PocketDOS utilities including setdrive: http://www.pocketdos.com/
