Latest ScummVM version for HPC is 1.5.0?

I had some trouble with Pocket Scumm 1.5 from SCL so I searched for a 'better' version of Scumm and found 1.5.0 (https://downloads.scummvm.org/frs/scummvm/1.5.0/). Is this the latest (and greatest) version of ScummVM for HPC?
In the ZIP file are 4 EXE files, SCUMMVM.EXE, SCUMMVM1.EXE, SCUMMVM2.EXE and SCUMMVM3.EXE. I could only run SCUMMVM1.EXE succesfully on my MobilePro 900 (Handheld PC 2000 ) with GAPI 4.04.

Looking at the .exe in the SCL, I think it might be a version mis-label. The compiler data suggests that it is version 0.7.1. 
\PDA\dev\scummvm.release.0.7.1\common

Could I ask you please to open cmd, cd into the folder where the SCL's .exe lives and issue: 
scummvm -v

It should display the version number.

That doesn't work, it doesn't show the version number.

I've attached the Readme file with some info.

Official build

The official build is based on the ARM architecture and should work with any
Pocket PC 2002, Pocket PC 2003, Pocket PC 2003 SE, Smartphone 2002,
Smartphone 2003 or Windows Mobile 5 and 6 based device. It is known to work
on Pocket PC 2000 devices, but it has not been officially tested.

Support for old ARM architectures (Handheld PCs, Palm Size PCs) and other CPUs
(MIPS, SH3) is discontinued. Feel free to generate builds for these
architectures and contact us to include them on ScummVM website.

try --version against the .exe? It's in its string table from the SCL cab that it does

That's the one from the SCL CAB installer?
Weirdness!

I cannot account for that. I will add your version to the listing and perhaps someone else can work it out.
